Every line is run before it ships
Every Hongzhong line is run in the Foshan factory before shipment. You can join the trial on a live video call or visit the factory. The site states that progress photos and video are shared during manufacturing.
Factory inspection options
Before shipment we run and inspect the line. You may:
- Join by video
- Visit the factory in Foshan
- Appoint SGS, BV or another inspector you name for third-party inspection
Where this sits in the order path
On the published How to order path, factory inspection follows manufacturing and comes before balance payment and shipment. After the balance clears, documents are released (original bill of lading by mail or telex release, with commercial invoice, packing list, manuals and electrical drawings).
Sea-export packing is used. Terms may be EXW, FOB or CFR as agreed. Lead time is confirmed in writing on the PI — this page does not add any fixed delivery day count.
After shipment
Remote guidance for installation and commissioning, spare parts supply, and warranty are as stated in the contract for each line.
