Bank details are stated on the formal proforma invoice (PI). Overseas bank charges are paid by the buyer. Currency: USD.
How to Order
From the first coil specification to documents and start-up support — the path a Hongzhong line follows.
Inquiry
Send material grade, thickness, coil width and weight, and the target finished size through the project brief form, WhatsApp or email.
Quotation and technical confirmation
We send a quotation covering configuration, specifications, price (EXW / FOB) and what is included. Technical points are confirmed in writing.
PI and deposit
A proforma invoice is issued. Production is scheduled after a 30% deposit by T/T is received.
Manufacturing
The line is built in our Foshan factory. Progress photos and video are shared with you.
Factory inspection
We run and inspect the line before shipment. You may join by video, visit the factory, or appoint SGS / BV for third-party inspection.
Balance and shipment
The line is packed for sea export and shipped FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou (or EXW). A copy of the bill of lading is sent first; the 70% balance is paid by T/T.
Documents released
After the balance clears, the original bill of lading is mailed or released by telex (电放), with the commercial invoice, packing list, manuals and electrical drawings.
Installation and after-sales
Remote guidance for installation and commissioning, spare parts supply, and warranty as stated in the contract.
Delivery
Sea-export packing. Terms may be EXW, FOB or CFR as agreed. Lead time is confirmed in writing on the PI.

Can we visit your factory?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our factory in Foshan to see lines under manufacture and join a trial run.
Can we use a third-party inspector?
Yes. SGS, BV or another inspector you appoint can attend the factory inspection before shipment.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship coil processing lines worldwide by sea. Destination ports and terms are set in the PI and contract for each order.
