Our Service
We will support our loyal customers complete foundation layout, base building instruction etc within one month after the signature of contract. During the course of base building, our after-sales department can provide all necessary support and instruction to our customers. Once our machines reach our customer’s workshop, we will send our experienced technicians for on-site installation and maintenance service immediately. The acceptance of our machine by our customers is the start date of our warranty, we will provide one year free of charge warranty, long life service based on our cost. Our after-sales department and sales will be 7days x 24hours standby for our customers all over the world. We can use telephone, internet, video call to solve our customers’ problems quickly. In order to make sure our customers can keep our machinery in high speed and efficient working mode.
